27/01/12 Over the past few weeks the EPFC has been taking delivery of the various components of our new Self Contained Breathing Apparatus. On Thursday Jan 19th members attended an SCBA class taught by Instructor Jason Greer to help familiarize ourselves with our new SCBA. The members were presented with some excellent information and great drills to familiarize ourselves with our new equipment. Then on Monday Jan 23 for weekly training the company drilled with the new packs and after training was completed several members stuck around to have pack-up races, a friendly competition to see who can don their SCBA the fastest.
