June 22^nd  at 7:06 Rescue 23 and Engine 231 were dispatched to Dairy Rd for a vehicle accident that reportedly came off 283. Chief 23 arrived with one vehicle on the guard rail with one person still in the vehicle. Rescue 23 arrived, stabilized the vehicle, hyperextended the door and assisted EMS with patient packaging and removal. The engine crew performed hazard control before being released.
