Feb.14th - On February 10th Engine 231 was finally placed in service and ran its first run at 06:21 for a vehicle accident standby on Rt. 283 with Firefighter Scott Yuill behind the wheel. The new Engine 231 is a 2010 Pierce Puc Contender with 1500 gpm pump,1000 gallons of water, 10KW hydraulic generator with a 3600 watt night scan lighttower, 4 preconnected handlines, a 400 ft 3" leader line along with a 200 ft. preconnected blitz fire and 1000 ft. of 5" hose.
